Chef de partie position- Application Closed.

  Reposnsibilities:

  • As a chef de partie you will be responsible and get to oversee the kitchen and bar, be it cooking, pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables and running of all food and beverage services.

  • To maintain and improve  innovative food and consistency in the quality of dishes.

  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared in an efficient and timely manner and to the appropriate standard.

  • Managing effective stock control.

  • Excellent knowledge of and commitment to food hygiene best practices.

  • Team player with a hands on approach who is flexible and adaptable.

 Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy kitchen at Chef de Partie level with an entrepreneurship mindset.

  • Demonstrated passion and flair for producing food to superior standards.

  • Should be HACCP/ Food safety qualified.

  • Be eager to learn, a good communicator and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Excellent oral and written English is necessary for this role

Performs any combination of the following duties to maintain restaurant, bar and kitchen work areas,restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Serve food and drinks to guests, sweeps and cleaning the environment.

Reposnsibilities:

Performs any combination of the following duties to maintain guest house/rooms, toilets, bed linens, guest house equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweeps and cleaning the environment.

Performs any combination of the following duties to maintain guest house entrance and exits security, assists at the guest house laundry and drycleaning services.
